Your community’s own website — for building and caring for community

How a municipality gathers local volunteering in one portal

A walk-through for the culture and volunteering department: how a community portal gathers local organizations, places and a shared calendar, what it costs and how to get started. The figures are an example, not a quote.

Example · Community portal

Does this sound like your municipality?

  • Residents cannot find what is going on, because every organization announces it in its own place
  • The municipality’s list of local organizations is out of date
  • Many small organizations have no website of their own
  • There is no shared calendar for the area
  • You need a data processing agreement and documentation before anything is bought
