You own your data
UT provides exports in open formats. Scope, delivery and handover if the service ends are specified in the agreement.
Your own installation
Each customer gets a separate WordPress installation. A federation or municipality has several organizations in that installation.
Access follows the role
Members see what their role allows. Each member controls what is shown about them on member lists.
One responsible operator
Only United Technology and partners we approve run the system. You get the Site Manager role; we handle hosting and updates.
Updates and backups
Updates, backups and monitoring are part of the price. Bugs are always fixed at no cost.
No fee on your payments
Payments go to your own account with the payment provider. We take no share.
Ask for data locations, subprocessors and the data processing agreement before ordering.

For municipalities
A fixed document pack in onboarding
A data processing agreement covers personal data processed on the customer’s behalf. Municipal onboarding includes additional privacy, security and accessibility documentation.

Common questions
Do you take a share of our payments?
No. Members pay by card, PayPal or invoice, and UT charges no transaction fee. The payment provider’s own charges apply separately. Vipps is available as an add-on.
Who runs the system?
United Technology, or a partner we have approved. You get your own installation and the Site Manager role, and we take care of hosting, updates and security.
