All prices exclude VAT. Pay yearly and get two months free, including hosting and operations. There is no extra charge per branch within your chosen tier. The branch limit is soft: branches above it are retained, and more branches may require a new pricing tier. Above 400 branches: we provide a quote. Who gets the non-profit price?

Onboarding is available at a fixed price or by the hour. The fixed-price scope is agreed in your offer. Onboarding has no separate hosting charge.

Add-ons
Three add-ons with their own price
Add-ons are priced per site for their separate licences or work, regardless of branch count. They have no separate hosting charge.
Vipps
Vipps, the Norwegian mobile wallet, is an add-on. With one organization on the site, the payment goes straight to it. With several organizations, they sell today through the site’s Vipps agreement: the site receives the payment and settles with each organization by agreement, with a sales report. Payment straight into an organization’s own Vipps account, where the organization has its own agreement with Vipps and is the seller on the receipt, is in development. The organization’s Vipps keys will then be stored encrypted, and the key that unlocks them is kept outside the site’s public files.

You choose how email from the site is sent. Use your own provider account or send through us for $29 per month (non-profit $23) plus the provider’s list price without markup. We do not recommend a particular provider. Setup is included in onboarding; adding it later costs one hour.

Hourly rate

For custom design, content, moving from another system and extra training. Billed per quarter hour. You get an estimate or offer first, and the work starts once you have accepted it.
Hour bank
Fixed hours every month for work we do for you. Unused hours can be used the following month and then lapse. The hour bank can be cancelled before the next month, with no yearly discount and no automatic cash refund.

Members ask their association; we answer the administrators. All prices exclude VAT.
Who gets the non-profit price?
The non-profit price currently applies to associations registered in Norway. You can check the rules yourself:
- Your association is registered in Norway’s Register of Non-Profit Organizations.
- It is not registered in Norway’s VAT register.
- Municipalities, government bodies and companies pay the standard price.
Eligibility is checked using the Norwegian organization number. Give it to us when you ask. We look it up in the Brønnøysund Register Centre, which shows both registers, and check again once a year when the agreement is renewed.
What if we want to stop?
You own your data. UT provides exports in open formats. Scope, delivery and handover if the service ends are specified in the agreement.
When a module holding your content is cancelled, we leave that content untouched for 30 days. You receive an export before the content is deleted and the module is switched off.
Cancelling Vipps disables that payment method; card payments and existing orders remain. Cancelling email automations retains the newsletter contacts and lists.
An included module can be switched off without changing the package price. A monthly subscription can be cancelled before the next billing period. A yearly subscription covers twelve months, with no automatic refund of the unused period, and renewal is confirmed before the next year.
