From the first meeting to a running site, with fixed prices and no surprises.
Five steps
Step 1 · Free
Free intro meeting
Up to one hour. We look at your organization and tell you honestly whether a package fits. You receive a written offer specifying the delivery scope, hosting tier and agreed start date.
Step 2
Agreement
Monthly or yearly, with two months free when you pay for a year. The offer lists software and hosting separately on the same invoice and for the same period. A monthly agreement can be cancelled before the next billing period; an annual agreement runs for twelve months. Invoices are issued in the agreed currency, in advance, due within 14 days. Non-profit associations provide their organization number so we can check eligibility.

A set number of hours, so you know what onboarding covers. What is included depends on the package below.

Training and launch
Training is included in onboarding. Administrators learn to use the site before launch.
Step 5 · Included in the monthly price
We run it
Hosting, updates, backup and monitoring. Bugs are always fixed, and short questions from named administrators are included. The offer specifies the hosting tier: Standard, Performance or a dedicated server. About hosting and operations
What we need from you
- Logo and colours
- The member list in one file
- Who the administrators are
- Organization number, if requesting the non-profit price
- Which email account the site should send from, or whether email should be sent through us (read about email)
What onboarding includes
Association package
Onboarding: 7 hours · $990
Non-profit: $790
Kick-off meeting, website from a template with your logo and colours, standard pages, member list imported from one file, membership and payments set up, and one hour of training.
Federation package
Onboarding: 13 hours · $1,860
Non-profit: $1,490
The same for the federation, plus up to 10 branches. Further branches are invited and set up their own pages.
Community portal
Onboarding: 21 hours · $2,990
The same, plus meetings with the municipality and a fixed document pack: a data processing agreement, privacy and security documentation, and an accessibility statement.
Onboarding is available at a fixed price or by the hour. The fixed-price scope is agreed in your offer. Onboarding has no separate hosting charge. All prices exclude VAT.
