Where applicable, we show both the standard price and the fixed non-profit price. The yearly price is ten monthly prices. UT prices on this page are in USD. Your offer specifies the billing currency; changing language does not change your agreement.

Per month. Add-ons have no separate hosting charge. Community portal pays the standard price. You can also send email using your own account with a provider you choose; read about email.
Off-site backup is not yet available. Its agreed price is $19 per month (non-profit $15), or $190 / $150 yearly. It will only be offered once the backup platform is built and tested. External file storage with United Media requires this add-on. Setup is included in onboarding; adding it later costs one hour.

The first meeting, up to one hour, and a written offer are free. Onboarding and hours have no separate hosting charge or yearly price.
Who qualifies for the non-profit price?
The non-profit price currently applies to associations registered in Norway. You can check the rules yourself:
- Your association is registered in Norway’s Register of Non-Profit Organizations.
- It is not registered in Norway’s VAT register.
- Municipalities, government bodies and companies pay the standard price.
Eligibility is checked using the Norwegian organization number. Give it to us when you ask. We look it up in the Brønnøysund Register Centre, which shows both registers, and check again once a year when the agreement is renewed.
Common questions
Are there other costs?
Prices include Standard hosting and operations. Your offer specifies the hosting tier, onboarding, selected add-ons and any other agreed costs. UT charges no transaction fee. The payment provider’s own fees apply separately, as does the price of your chosen email provider (read about email). Work we do for you is billed by the hour or from your hour bank after you approve an estimate. Bugs are always fixed for free.
What are hosting and operations, and why are they priced separately?
Hosting and operations cover the server, caching, backup, monitoring and security updates. Software follows the package; operations follow the site’s needs, so a small site does not pay for a large server. If a higher tier is needed, we give 30 days’ notice. About hosting and operations
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Packages, hosting and add-ons can be paid monthly or yearly at ten monthly prices. That is two months free. Hours and onboarding are excluded.
How many branches can a federation have?
Pricing tiers cover up to 25, 100 and 400 branches. Above that we provide a quote. There is no extra charge per branch within your tier. The limit is soft: branches above it are retained, and more branches may require a new pricing tier.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
